Our responsibilities include payment processing, account maintenance, and credit reporting in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Consumer disputes are handled in accordance with FCRA requirements and may be submitted in writing or through authorized credit reporting channels.
